Custom enclosures made-to-measure from METCASE

METCASE offers a complete customising service on it's extensive range of aluminium enclosures which includes desktop, portable, wall mounting and 19” rack cases.

Design engineers can take advantage of the versatile range of standard METCASE enclosures and accessories. These can be made in customs sizes, and machined with all the necessary holes and cut outs for connectors, displays, keypads and push-buttons etc. By utilising the standard extrusion profiles and diecastings, and manufacturing special sheet metal parts, the company can supply the customers with a completely bespoke housing fully ready for mounting the electronics.

METCASE can also supply special chassis and mounting plates for PCB assemblies, power supplies, keyboard units etc., which will fit directly into the custom enclosures. The company can also produce parts in steel as well as the standard aluminium material.

The range of standard finishes includes powder painting, alocrom 1200, and natural or coloured anodising. With their in-house powder paint line, the company offers standard RAL colours and non-standard colours matched to a sample. Customised front panels can also be machined with all the necessary cut outs, anodised or painted, and printed or engraved with control legends and logos.
