3D Drawings Request Form

Use this form to request our 3D drawings. Our terms and conditions of use are given below.

within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

OKW, as the owner of all copyrights and rights of utilisation, shall deliver the 3D data only insofar
as they are available and on these terms of use:

1. OKW can accept no liability for t he completeness or correctness of the 3D data. The actual
design and dimensions must always be determined on the basis of the current product.

2. After receipt and until further notice, the recipient shall be entitled to use the data for internal
development and design activities as well as for graphic images and printouts for presentation
purposes. Customer-specific adaptations in the form of processing and surface treatment
are also permitted.

3. The recipient is forbidden to use the data in manners other than those described in Section 2.
In particular, he is forbidden to duplicate the data, to pass the data on to third parties or otherwise
to inform third parties.

4. Furthermore, the recipient is forbidden to reproduce, copy or otherwise imitate contractual
products, either himself or through third parties. In particular, the recipient is forbidden to use the
data to produce die casting tools, extrusion profiles, sheet metal fabrications or injection moulding
tools which are suitable for the production of comparable contractual products.

5. For each case of infringement of one of the obligations described above in Sections 3 and 4,
the recipient shall pay OKW a contractual penalty in the amount of £250,000.00 (in letters
two hundred and fifty thousand £ Sterling). The assertion of claims for further damages remains
unaffected. Furthermore, in the event of an infringement, the recipient shall hand the data to
OKW without delay and shall assure OKW that he has not retained any copies.

Note:
For clarity, accessories and PCBs may be indicated in the 3D-models which are not
included in the standard supply of the selected parts.
